If for any reason the customer is not
satisfied with the quality or performance of our product, we will
provide a refund for the un-used ear candles returned to us.
If more than 10% have been used no refund shall be given. See "Return Policy". However, we would like your input and or
reason for the return. We have years of experience
in the production of ear candles that are designed to perform; this
conclusion is supported by the shear countless numbers of satisfied
customers that we have sold to over the years. Again, we take your
comments or suggestions too heart and promise, if possible; to
improve our manufacturing process to make a more effective ear
candle that will meet your expectations.
Return
Policy:
You will have 30 days in which to
return your order for a full refund
of the un-used or refused portion. You must return the un-used or
refused portion in the same packaging and condition along with a
copy of the shipping receipt. If the ear candles are damaged due to
mis-use, poor packaging, heat exposure,
moisture damage and or otherwise un-usable; your refund request will
be denied. To be eligible for a refund your package must be
postmarked prior to or equal to the 30th day of the
placement of your order. Return shipping and or any
shipping cost paid by the customer is non-refundable. A restocking
fee of 10% will be accessed on each returned or refused order for
any reason. No refund will be issued unless these instructions are
followed.
If an order was originally paid by credit card, we will provide a refund to your
credit account. For Credit card refunds that are refused
delivery or are return will be processed and credited to your card
within 45 of receipt of all returned packages. As mention above a
restock fee will apply to all returned orders. For those who paid by check or cash transaction
will be provided a refund by company check. Please allow 20
business days from the time you mail your return to receive your
refund check. Again a restock fee will be accessed if order is
mailed.
If we receive an email canceling your order before 10:00 am on the
day of the order or the following day depending on your order time,
and shipment has not taking place, you shall be eligible for a
refund of the full amount immediately, no restocking fee will be
accessed. Failure on our part to catch this cancellation does not
entitle you to a full refund. Each case will be reviewed prior to
ant action. |

We accept major
credit cards; Master Card, Visa, Discover Card, & American Express,
as well as personal or business checks by mail. Money orders or
cashiers checks are welcomed. For wholesale or international orders
you maybe required to pay by wire transfer for extremely large
orders,
Credit Card fraud in the international market is a big problem.
Credit card purchases of will be verified prior to shipping the
product, due to
fraud concerns. AJS Candles, Inc. can reject any order place by an
international customer without notice. COD option for payment is not
available for either USA or international orders. All checks
or other cash payment methods must be made payable to:

Sales Tax Requirements: |
If you live with in the
State of Georgia you will be required to pay sales tax.
Georgia retailers and wholesalers that buy ear candles for resale
may qualify for a sales tax exemption. Before placing your order,
please email
or fax a completed Sales and Use Tax Certificate
Exemption (This link will take you to the form that must be
completed and faxed to us prior to receiving tax exempt status.)
Along with your fax please provide your email address. At this point you will receive a special code to use to get tax
exemption. You will only have to do this on your first
order. AJ's Candles, Inc. will keep this form on file for future orders.
On your future order just type in your tax exempt code provided by
AJ's Candles, Inc. within the
order form page to get the tax exemption. If for any reason you have
not received the special exempt code by email after completing the
above mentioned form and faxing to us, please call prior to placing
an order to obtain your special code. |

Returned Checks: |
Returned checks due to
insufficient funds will be accessed a service charge of $25.00.
Payment must be made immediately by money order, and or by cashiers
check. Personal or company checks will not be accepted as payment.
For returned checks in excess of $200.00 you may make payment by
wire transfer. Any future orders must be by other payment methods
rather than personal or company checks. You must satisfy your
account within 30 days from the date the check was issued. All
violators will be prosecuted. |

Shipping Policy: |
All Credit Card
orders will be process prior to manufacturing and processing for
shipment. Processing your order maybe held up due to credit
card issues that need to be clarified or need pending clearance. See
USE order page for detail concerning delivery.
NOTE: Machinery maintenance
or down times, holidays and inventory shortages may effect your
shipment time. The material that is used to make our products
are subject to seasonal stresses creating shortages. In case this
occurs it made take up to two (2) weeks in order to receive your
order although very rear. Please be prudent - order in advance to ensure that you may
receive your order (s) when you need them.
International
orders do not include free shipping.
All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Parcel Service)
unless otherwise requested. Other forms of shipping must be
approved before ordering. Damage resulting from shipping is
not covered by our return policy. You must make claim
and report to the carrier or your freight company in the event that
you receive damaged goods. |
